PhotoStudio

The licence

PhotoStudio is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”). The EULA governs your use of the app and your purchases and subscriptions through the App Store. The terms on this page add PhotoStudio-specific points. If anything here conflicts with the EULA, the EULA applies.

Your content

Your photos, designs, text and exports remain yours. miniLabs Inc. does not claim ownership of them and does not receive them: projects are created and stored on your device. Keep copies of important work. Deleting the app removes its projects; exports saved in Photos are managed separately in Photos.

Acceptable use

Use photos, music and other material you own or have permission to use, and respect other people’s rights, privacy and applicable laws. Do not use PhotoStudio to create content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or harasses, deceives or endangers others. You are responsible for what you create and where you share it. Templates, effects, fonts and other assets included in the app may be used in your designs made with PhotoStudio; they may not be extracted and redistributed on their own.

PhotoStudio Pro subscriptions

PhotoStudio is a free download. The standard editor and standard export are free and never watermarked. PhotoStudio Pro is an optional subscription that adds premium features described in the app.

• PhotoStudio Pro is offered as a monthly and a yearly auto-renewable subscription in one subscription group. You can hold one of them at a time.
• Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Eligible new subscribers may be offered a one-week free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If your subscription ends, your existing projects stay on your device and remain editable. Pro-only features become unavailable until you subscribe again.

Some Studio layouts can also be unlocked by choosing to watch an optional rewarded ad. Ads are never required to use the standard editor or export. See the Privacy Policy for how ads and analytics work.

No additional warranty

PhotoStudio is provided as described in the EULA. miniLabs Inc. gives no warranty beyond what the EULA and applicable law provide, and our liability is limited to the extent the EULA and applicable law allow. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Third-party services

When you share an export to another app, such as Instagram or TikTok, that app’s own terms and privacy policy apply. PhotoStudio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, TikTok or Apple. The Feed and Story previews in PhotoStudio are local simulations on your device; they do not connect to or post from your account.

Changes

Features and supported formats may change as the app develops. If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. Changes do not affect purchases you already made under the EULA.
